The Team
Team Orr is a family team that has 5 members, here you can see who we are and what we do to get Team Orr working.
Jack Orr
Jack is the person who started it all, he is the captain of team orr and the main builder. he is 13 years old and attends Christs school, Richmond. his favorite bands are Nirvana and the Foo Fighters, but he also likes Muse and Pendulum. He loves the Simpsons and Futurama but HATES soap operas like Eastenders and Hollyoaks. When he’s not at school or building robots (rarely!) he likes hanging out with his mates at Kingston skatepark or playing the Guitar.
JP (Dad)
JP (John Paul) is the father of Jack, Harry and Ben; and the husband of phililpa. He is 48 years old and currently resides in Richmond, London. He is the boss of one of europe’s biggest voice_over company’s “the showreel” in Chiswick. his role in the team was mainly finacial, however recently he became the chief mechanic of Orrion, and has since develeped a major interest in the sport. when he’s not working or paying for Team Orr’s stuff (haha) he enjoy’s reading and relaxing with his family.
Harry Orr
Harry is the younger brother of Jack (Top of page) and older brother of Ben by 2 minutes. (See Below). He attends The Vineyard primary school in Richmond and is 10 years old. His main role in the team is editing the videos for Team Orr’s youtube channel ( http:www.youtube.com/user/teamorr96 ). And as one of the pit crew at events. When he’s not roboteering he enjoys listening to his favourite bands including Foo Fighters, Nirvana and Incubus, and he thoroughly enjoys the Simpsons and South Park.
Ben Orr
Ben is Harry’s twin and the youngest member of the team. He is ten years old and attends the Vineyard primary school in Richmond with his twin. His role in the team is to design all of the robots on C.A.D (computer aided design). This is important because it allows the team to get a good idea of what it will look like and machine parts to the millimetre. When he is not building robots Ben enjoys skateboarding and reading.
